    CAA Compliance with ICAO SARPSA
complete and up-to-date Legal and Regulatory Framework constitutes one of the cornerstones of an effective Civil Aviation system which is safe, secure, regular, sustainable and efficient.

Many States are currently in need of an in-depth reform of their Civil Aviation Laws and Regulations as their existing legal and regulatory instruments are outdated, obsolete, do not cover the latest amendments to the ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices and include severe gaps in critical areas related to safety and security oversight.
